general rules
By bidding, purchasing or commission me you automatically agree with these terms and confirm that you have read them.You must be +18 to offer money.Be ABSOLUTELY sure that you are able to pay and complete what you are offering
offers AND SELLING policy
I only accept USD via paypalBacking out, deleting your offer multiple times, ghosting will result on blacklist or site block.Editing your offer is okay.If i don't reply in 48 hours feel free to cancel your offer.Do not insist if i don't reply after 48 hours. This is for offers that aren't money related. Example: Character trades.If a chargeback via Paypal is made towards the artist, either way if because is intentional or a issue with payal. The buyer has to contact me inmediately. If an answer or message with an update isn't received in 2 days, the person will be blacklisted and the designs or art will be revoked and reselled or recycled.If PayPal holds the payment. The character will be put on hold until the payment it's cleared. The customer has the option to back out. I won't take this action 99% of the time.Payment plans are allowed if the offer exceeds $100 with a down payment of $70. Not available to all adopts. Down payment it's not refundable to avoid people backing out.I don't do holds.
design & art usage POLICY
Characters can be resold for the original worth always.Reselling for a higher amount than the original worth without added value it's reason to blacklist.My art can be slightly altered and edited. I don't allow extreme changes or redesigns when editing my art, credit me and yourself IN the image AND in-credit site when doing this.Don't delete or replace any original image.The worth (monetary) from others characters doesn't transfer to my designs in trades. This is the same with vouchers. Example: you traded a character that worth $300 for a design of mine that worth $60. The worth of my design will be kept at $60 and not $300 or $360.If a character is too old and the worth log has been lost in some way, you can dm and depending on the piece of my art that has that will be it new worth.Pieces of art trade from me do not have worth. ($0).My designs can be voucher for any price. The voucher price doesn't add to my design. Owner must be truthful about being a voucher, any suspicion of fake voucher and inflation of price will get you public blacklisted.Commercial use:Everything it's allowed. I Just request credit for designs.I don't allow the duplication of my art for merch or logos. This doesn't count for personal use, mass production is what I am aiming at with this.

Refund and canceling policy
COMMISSIONS
Clients have the right to cancel anytime. If i, the artist, has already started and made progress with the commission is expected from client to comppensate the work done monetarily. If it's denied the refund won't be made.I have the right to cancel and refund any commission. I rarely do it and it mostly because of emergencies that consume time and energy.If a chargeback via Paypal is made towards the artist, either way if because is intentional or a issue with payal. Refunds aren't available for designs.
BLACK LIST
People included here aren't allowed to:
- Own designs or art i create.
- Banned of use, redesign or own a design by me that belongs to a specie.
-Reference my art.People that trade or sell designs by me to people inside the blacklist will be blacklisted too.If the blacklisted person already owns rightly characters from me they won't be affected.I don't need to know what these people are doing with tries to annoy me they can be weird, so don't worry it's the usual. Don't message me or inform me about it if it's just petty stuff and not harming anyone.

Is hard for me to understand some social stuff I apologize if I falter or seem strange sometimes haha.I request privacy when it comes to payments! Dead names and third parties are part of them so please at least blur out names!For personal and bussines reasons: Most of the money i make goes for someone else most of the time, due this; confirming the payment with a screenshot is very helpful but not needed.Please behave like a decent person, don't send send weird notes with the payment.Hablo español. No es necesario hablarme en ingles si eres hispano hablante.There is a limit between inspiration, trace and plagiarism.
